A severe fire destroyed the roof and interior of a Mediterranean-style swimming pool complex, leaving only the perimeter walls intact. The facility included changing rooms, sauna, plant room, and viewing gallery, all of which were extensively damaged.
The architectural form and specialist roof coverings added complexity to the reinstatement.
